Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify Arrow Travels for any claims related to website usage. Liability is limited to the amount paid or AED 220, whichever is less.

Waiver

No waiver of any rights or terms shall be valid unless in writing by Arrow Travels.

Refund & Payments

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions.
  • We use secure payment systems; card details are not stored.
  • Carrying the card used for booking to the airport is not mandatory.
  • Service fees are non-refundable and calculated per passenger.
  • Travel documents such as passport, visa, and vaccination certificates are your responsibility.
